As a Certified Notary Loan Signing Agent, I provide the following services:
- Ability to print e-docs (Dual Tray Laser Printer)
- Local pick-up and drop-off of loan documents
- Meet with borrowers at a convenient location of their choice
- Identify loan documents for borrowers
- Obtain all signatures, initials and completion of documents
- Notarize documents as required (Acknowledgments and Jurats)
- Return documents per required method
- Documents are always double checked to assure they are error free
Special Notes:
Proof of identification is required of ALL signing parties with valid forms of identification:
- State or federally issued identification card driver’s license, passport, military ID or any card containing a signature and photograph.
- The ID card must be current.
- All signers must provide their signature for the Journal of Notarial Acts for every document notarized.
- The document(s) to be notarized MUST contain notarial wording: otherwise YOU must know and convey to the notary what type of notarial act needs to be performed.
- All parties must understand what they are signing and doing so of their own free will.
- Notaries are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of documents they notarize.
- Notaries certify the identity of signers.
- The signers are responsible for the content of the documents.
- I CAN NOT explain the content of the documents needing to be notarized.
- If witnesses are required please make arrangements to have them present.
- Verbal oaths will be administered to each signer as required by law.
